A Mission Born From Personal Experience

Struggling to get a restful night’s sleep is stressful enough without feeling like you have to navigate the solutions all on your own. Dr. Stephanie Bangs understands this frustration on a deeply personal level because her own son faced significant airway issues seventeen years ago. Living through the confusion of trying to find answers without a clear path or a reliable support system completely shifted her perspective. That vulnerable season ultimately shaped her core mission, which is to ensure no patient or parent ever feels that same sense of being lost.

Having grown up right here in Arlington, Dr. Bangs intentionally built her practice to serve the community she loves. Her journey began long before dental school, inspired by her childhood dentist as she worked her way from the front desk into a clinical assisting role. Today, she carries that lifelong passion forward by treating every child and adult with the exact same level of urgency and care she once desperately wanted for her own family.

Education & Life Outside the Office

Dr. Bangs completed her undergraduate training at Baylor University before earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. When she steps away from mentoring her team, she loves exploring the local community with friends, leading worship at Gospel City Church, and relaxing with her husband, son, and daughter.
