Dr. VinhSon Nguyen strives to provide uncompromised quality care that aligns with his patient’s goals and values. His philosophy is simple: be honest and treat everyone like family. He believes it’s a privilege to serve his community and loves to build long-lasting relationships.
Dr. Nguyen is a DFW native of Plano. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in biochemistry and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. As a lifelong learner, he dedicates much of his time towards continuing education and advanced training to refine his clinical knowledge and skillset. He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, photography, and design. He can also be found exploring the newest restaurants and coffee shops in the area.
Born and raised in Fort Worth, TX, Misty has three kids and one grandbaby. She has been in the dental field for 15 years. She sings in her church choir and donates her time to her church where they need her. Misty loves archery! She started doing archery tournaments and state competitions a few years back. She also likes to crochet in her downtime. Misty loves spending time with her kids and teaching them about life.
She has done many jobs in dentistry and loves working chairside with patients where she can help them feel comfortable. She wants to educate our patients on what is going on, what to expect, and what new technologies we have. Misty loves working with everyone in the office and says it feels like one big family.
Bianca was born in Irving, Texas where she graduated from high school and still resides. She was first introduced to dentistry through her mom, who is also a dental assistant. After graduating from school, Bianca went to work with her mom, who helped Bianca improve her skills in dentistry. It was her mom’s mentoring that led Bianca to Pecan Park Dental. Bianca has been a dental assistant for 13 years and loves every bit of it. Outside of work, Bianca loves spending quality time with her husband, Nick, and their two boys, Glendon and Brock.
Angelica was born and raised in Arlington, TX, and decided to pursue a BS in Dental Hygiene after falling in love with patient care as an Orthodontic Assistant – there was never a “boring” day! She takes great care in individualizing the preventative oral healthcare for each of her patients. She not only educates them in evidence-based strategies to reach and maintain their best dental status, but also eases any fear or apprehension they may have of the process. Angelica considers herself an escapist who loves traveling, movie nights with her husband, reading, and anything that involves her three puppies!
Maria has been working in dentistry for 12 years. She enjoys educating patients on oral health, listening to the patient’s concerns, and recommending the best and most up-to-date preventive dental products based on their needs. Maria looks forward to making every patient feel comfortable and like family when they come into the office.
When she is not in the office, Maria enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She also enjoys going to sports events with her son, finding new places to eat, going for walks in the park, and spending time with family.
Born and raised in Fort Worth, TX, Sarah is newer to the field of dentistry. Fortunately, going out of her comfort zone is her forte. She has a radiant personality and strives to make each patient feel comfortable. She is also an aspiring dental hygienist. In her free time, she enjoys watching the Dallas Cowboys and going on walks with her fur baby, Molly.
Kendra has been in the dental field since 2008 and absolutely loves it! She enjoys helping and interacting with patients. The best part of her day is seeing patients leave feeling confident and happy with their smiles.
Kendra and her husband welcomed their baby girl, Ella, in June of 2018. She is the love of their life! They also have one fur baby, Rex. Although he’s about 85 pounds, he still considers himself a lap dog! Outside of work, Kendra loves spending time with family, shopping, watching movies, and traveling.
